Susan Leal is currently a Fellow of the Advanced Leadership Initiative at Harvard University and is also associated with the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Harvard University.
She is writing a book on how to address our world’s water crisis. This book deftly weaves together science, politics and economics describing how water is the blue oil of this century. Scheduled for publication in late spring, this book does not dwell on the crisis but celebrates the case studies or “success stories” that offer solutions for sustaining this precious resource.
Leal is co-authoring the book with Peter Rogers, a leading water expert and Professor of Environmental Engineering at Harvard, has worked in over twenty-five countries on water issues.
